President and CEO
Recognizing that he has a true passion for training and mentoring business professionals Jim Cornelius left a successful corporate career to become the President/Owner of Professional Sales Training Associates Inc. His diverse background includes over 40 years of training, sales and sales management experience.
Over the last 15 years with Sandler, he has used his unique skills as an experienced speaker, trainer, coach and mentor to better business professionals throughout the state of Wisconsin Jim has presented sales workshops for companies and organizations throughout Wisconsin, received many awards at Sandler and is a Sandler Certified Trainer.
Eric Thompson joins Professional Sales Training Associates Inc in 2011 with over 20 years of business ownership, selling and training experience, and brings his background to our Sandler Clients.
After graduating from University of Wisconsin- River Falls School of Business, his experiences included companies such as DirecTv-ATT, Viasat Inc, DSI. His small business experience stems from developing territories in the telecommunications, landscape and training industries. He is active in the community and serves as President of the Board of Directors at Peaceful Beginnings Christian Child Care Center.
While with Sandler, he has received the Rising Star Award in 2011, is a certified Sandler Trainer and approved to train Organizational Excellence. He brings unique perspectives from Corporate America and also as an Entrepreneur running multiple small businesses.
Jim comes to Sandler as a longtime client and bring his sales skills from 30+ years working with customer’s, CEO’s, Owners, and presidents along with managing sales people along the way. Jim is committed to working with clients to achieve their goals.
Keeping Us on Target
Debra is an intricate part of our local Sandler Training business. The “Behind the scenes Gal.” Deb brings a diversified background to the office. Debra holds a background in retail sales and child education. She keeps the behinds the scenes work under control!
Debra brings strong organizational skills, a fresh perspective, creativity, and enthusiasm to her role at Sandler Training and for that we are grateful!
